Basic Safety Training – STCW ‘95
 
This five – day course is comprised of four USCG approved courses
  • Elementary First Aid – 8 hours
  • Personal Survival Techniques – 12 hours
  • Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities – 4 hours
  • Basic Firefighting – 16 hours
This training is required by seafarers employed or engaged in any capacity on board ship, on the business of that ship as part of the ship’s complement with designated safety or pollution prevention duties in the operation of the ship, before being assigned to any shipboard duties.

Note: There is an 10–person minimum to hold this class. Course is held on demand.
